Let’s go ahead and test to see how much weight we can overhead squat! You’ll be given about 20 minutes to work at your own pace and find that max effort for the day.

Then, we will rep out some power cleans and a moderate weight (115/75) and handstand push ups.

Work on that full range of motion for those handstands. Whatever modification you are using, make sure your hips are above your shoulders which are above your wrists and that you lower yourself all the way until your head hits the floor.
