Today we will work on our full clean. Good solid start position, a smooth pull from the ground, firing into full extension before smoothly dropping under the bar at the bottom of the squat. I love a good clean!

Then we get a 4 round WOD full of power cleans, sit ups, followed by a flurry of lateral bar hops. There will be temptation to catch your breath during the sit ups and following the bar hops. Resist this temptation. Move quickly through those sit ups and get back under that bar asap. This is about maintaining technique under cardio pressure and speed.
