We will be working on snatch technique today. Focus on moving correctly through each position as we work our way up from the ground through the hang and into the power position. Feel your body moving through each one as you go. Concentrate on smoothly firing from the power position and fully extending the hips before you dip slightly to get back under the bar and shoot the elbows through.

We have an interesting WOD today with short blocks of all out effort punctuated by even shorter recovery times. These are meant to be 2 minute sprints and you will not be completely recovered during those 1 minute rests. Expect the second round to be harder as you will have accumulated a fairly substantial oxygen debt by then. Our goal is to push through and force our bodies to adapt to spending more time performing in the anaerobic zone.
