Sneak peek for our skill next month – kipping! Let’s take some time and work on learning or making our kipping pull ups more effective.

Then, grab a rower and a barbell and we are going to pair rowing for calories with thrusters at a light weight (95/65).

You will have one minute for each movement and then a one minutes rest. that means you should be going all out for that minute of work.

Your score for the day is the lowest number for any of the one minute max efforts.

If more than 8 people in class, you  will alternate rowing/thrusters with a partner.
