Chicken Breast with Hot Sauce
Greens (Tupperware full)
1/2 cup Whole Wheat Pasta

SNACK:
Quest Bar

DINNER:
Ground Buffalo with Tomato Sauce
2 Handfuls of Greens

SUPPLEMENTS:
Fish Oil
