It’s time to work on muscle ups! This can mean very different things for everyone. Maybe you are working on pullups and/or dips. Maybe you need to work on that transitions. There is plenty to work on no matter where you are on your MU journey.
Whew, double unders are the name of the game today. We will start the workout with 50 of them, end the workout with 100….oh and there are a couple more sprinkled throughout the rest of the WOD! Being able to move in and out of that double under pattern will be key to not letting your time get away from you.
Being able to move directly from DUs (and being out of breath) into other movements will also be key to this workout. Don’t let your brain fool you into thinking you need 15-30 seconds between each transition to catch your breath.
