Purpose of the Workout:
Today our Sunday FUNday features two “Girl” workouts back to back without any rest between them. Neither of these workout are super long but are very different. Annie is all about grinding through the sit ups and getting the double unders done efficiently. On the other hand Jackie is all about sustaining a high level of power output on the row, not putting the barbell down on the thrusters, and knocking out the pull ups in the least number of sets possible!
