Purpose of the Workout:
Today our Sunday Funday WOD features 3 different variations of handstands and squats. The goal here is to spend some time before the actual WOD practicing our handstand position and learning a progression for the handstand walks. Even if you do not have a handstand/ handstand walks yet, make sure to show up to class as everyone will benefit from practicing these drills!
