GOAL – We want to keep repeatable, high intensity effort here between partners! Sprint the 200m every time you’re on the rower, and move quickly and efficiently through the rest of the movements. Pull-Ups in sets of 5-10, Sit-Ups in sets of 15-20, and Box Jumps in sets of 5-10. Move quickly!
