*The squat in the HSS does not count toward the 3 OHS. In total, athlete must complete 1 HSS then 3 OHS for a total of 4 reps before the DUs.

GOAL – Strength and technique work today. You will build to a challenging load that is doable in the snatch complex for the strength. In the workout we don’t want to see any missing or fumbling with the bar in the complex. The challenge will be to go unbroken on double unders with minimal tripping.
