This is VERY mood dependent. But probably Cheddar Chex Mix, peanut butter M&Ms, and a Dr Pepper.

When and why did you start CrossFitting?
Right after the quarantine, I was looking for a new challenging way to workout, and meet new people!
Why did you initially choose Recursive as an athlete?
It was just right down the bike path from my house. 🙂
Why did you decide to become a CrossFit Coach at Recursive?
Teaching and coaching is just in my nature once I get passionate about something!
What is your favorite thing about Recursive?
The people, of course.
What is your favorite Recursive memory?
The first time I stayed after a Suffer With Friends workout to grill out and socialize with the people at Recursive. I made some of my best friends that day!
How has Recursive changed your life?
It keeps coming back to the people. I’ve met some of the most important people in my life at that gym!
What is something else fun you’d like to share about yourself?
My favorite thing about myself is that my name is a sentence! I used to row, and my middle name is Rose – Melinda ‘Rows’ Miles!
